What to do when paying for a GOtv package in Nigeria
To prevent disruptions, ensure to pay for packages before the due date. If disconnected, make sure that you have your IUC handy – the number on a red sticker at the bottom of your decoder – with the decoder switched on when making payments. Currently, GOtv payments can be made online with ease through the following services: PayU, GlobalPay, eTranzact, Eazy Money, PAGA e-Pay, and Quickteller. To pay for your GOtv Nigeria package subscription online:
Switch your decoder on if your account as this is standard for already disconnected accounts.
Log on to www.quickteller.com/gotv and select the GOtv bouquet of your choice (GOtv or GOtvplus).
Enter your e-mail address, IUC number, and enter your mobile phone number.
Enter the GOtv subscriber’s name and confirm that your IUC number is correct.
Click PAY and click on your debit card type, i.e., Interswitch, Verve, or MasterCard.
Enter your card details, i.e., Card Number and Expiry Date as inscribed on your debit card, and then enter the correct four-digit PIN.
Click PAY once, the transaction has been completed, and your GOtv account is no longer owing, your viewing will restore.

What to do after paying for a package
If you ave followed the steps, but service is not restored – on a decoder with a disconnected account. The next thing to do is to check the error message displayed on the screen – it is usually an E16 or E30 error.
